How can I display any external images and video in my articles?

when you click on the above icon, you get to see the page below, which will allow you to insert url of external image.

Now insert the image url  in the above image url textbox (highlighted in blue), click on the image to see the larger picture.

Note: You need to upload the picture on somewhere, (example google+ ), and the below screen shows you how you can copy the image url, which you need to insert in the above textbox, make sure when you copy the url of any blog or website, that should be public view, means you should log out from that website before you copy the url.
